"EveryFit" Products (Services), Pricing, Customers

Hello all! In this blog post, I will be discussing all my products (services) and their pricing. I will also be discussing the number of customers that will buy them in the course of a year. First off, my company name is “Every Fit.” My company slogan is “Fitness for everybody and every body.” My company will have products (services) available to any of the customers I have. Each customer would have to purchase membership to join my gym. My membership system would be a tier system. This tier system would go based on how much the customer is willing to pay for the services we would provide for them. Customers can rent lockers or buy headphones. Food + drinks would also be offered (those that are pre-packaged only).  Company merchandise will also be sold. The basic membership would most likely be the most popular. In the course of a year, if 500 customers were to join, the basic membership would be the most popular for new gym-goers and the elite would be the best for added clas...

Three Biggest Competitors

Hello all! In this blog post, I will be discussing the three biggest competitors for my company and why I can compete against them. Competition is good as it shows I will have a market for my company. My all-inclusive gym is like many other gyms. However, my gym is also quite unique. My company will be an all-inclusive company, where there will be a separate women’s section apart from the men’s side. My gym will include personal training, Pilates/ other training programs, daycare for the kids and a self-serve protein/ smoothie machine and a tier -based membership fee/cost. Although these extra additions are still ideas, I still hope to incorporate these into my company. My gym would be all-inclusive as everyone can workout and get fit comfortably. My gym would account for religious reasons, families will kids who need nannies while they workout etc. Contracts of following proper gym etiquette will be read and signed by all those who wish to join my all-inclusive gym. The first co...

Erik Hanberg

Hello all! This week, we got the chance to meet and listen to another real entrepreneur and a businessman. Eric led us through his journey as an entrepreneur. I was really fascinated with his presentation. His points on the rise of AI and how to affect the future really showed me a new perspective on this. I really like his PowerPoint version of his presentation. I am quite a visual learner, so having a visual presentation to see his work/ journey was beneficial to me. I also liked how he answered all our questions with an immense amount of detail. I really liked the way he charted his book progress to see which book would do the best each year. Surprisingly, the book that he thought would be so good didn’t do as well as the others. I was also fascinated by how he now goes to present his findings and do lectures on non-profit start-ups to other people. Eric also discussed many ways he continued his passion and skills through books. I really like the way he incorporated what he loves, t...
