Matt Tolentino

ello all! Matt Tolentino came to visit us. He actually has multiple, successful companies that show proof that he is a great entrepreneur. Some of the companies he founded are Tempo, Namatad Inc, and helped with Hummingbird Ai. His presentation really impressed me Not only is he a great entrepreneur, he also, is a professor at the University o Washington. Before he started his interpersonal journey, he worked at Intel. His experience in the technology field is highlighted in all his companies. What really shocked me was his helpfulness in other companies. In Hummingbird ai, Matt Tolentino helped create a direct platform for small businesses to create advertisements to push out their businesses. He took the time out to create software for Hummingbird ai to directly create ads for companies rather than having to pay employees to do the work. This really shows hiss true passion of using what he already knows to do, “technology,” and applying it into a business/entrepreneurial sense. Additionally, his perseverance and strength into pushing through with company efforts was shown during the difficult stages of his life. My favorite company of his w Temp. It was so strafing seeing the holographic images of shoes or any other ones pop up. Matt Tolentino is a true entrepreneur who inspired me to continue my software engineering degree and apply technological concepts into businesses. Additionally, I enjoyed his presentation of Namatad, where he helps firefighters create GPS trackers for areas that cannot be picked up. That is truly inspiring and motivated me to continue my entrepreneurial journey.

Competition is good as it shows I will have a market for my company. My all-inclusive gym is like many other gyms. However, my gym is also quite unique. Strengths and Weaknesses

 Hello all! I did some thinking and discovered what my true strengths and weaknesses are regarding building a company. My strengths are that I am caring. I am helpful and am always willing to help when needed. I am intelligent. I am a leader and can help lead strategies/ manage. I can get along with anyone. I am quite open-minded. I can put myself in other people’s shoes to see their point on things. I am calm and can stay calm in any urgent situation. I am positive-minded. I am a problem-solver. I am punctual. I can multitask. I can speak four different languages which include English, Punjabi and Hindi. I had to change gears and really dig deep to think about my weakness. StartUp.com Documentary

  Hello all! I watched the StartUp documentary and had mixed feelings about it. It gave me great insight on the process of creating a startup company. Their company GovWorks was intended to create an easier route for governmental operations through an online platform. Both Tom and Kaleil started off strong with great support. However, throughout their journey, both Tom and Kaleil slowly lost their passion and shifted their focus more on the money aspect. This change in their focus caused Tom to eventually leave the company and put Kaleil in full charge. Personally, I would have fired Kaleil. Kaleil did have his way around using his charms to please company investors which led him to become the CEO of the company and make the most money. However, Kaleil’s selfishness was highlighted when Tom decided to take the leave of absence. Tom should have gotten his fair share when he tried to take his leave of absence.
